Irony and Life

If love makes the world go around, Irony feeds it.

This simple fact alias the benchmark of the law of nature, has taken quite some time for me to really to understand. I'm sure I'm probably just half an inch through in the entire scene, but that suffices for a bit.
If it's never too late, then should it need to be better late than never?
If absence makes the heart grow fonder, then why does the out of sight go out of mind?
Why does honesty to one become betrayal to another?
Why is mutual coexistence flavoured with bad tastes of bias, violence and vice?
Where does the mutual there get lost?
If truth has to ultimately triumph, then why do the trials and tribulations lie unkempt?

If we wanted everything we had then we could've done without the use of the word *want*..

My question here is - Why?

  1. We read a poem by George Hopkins during graduation. It said... when God created man, He was happy at this supreme creation... so happy that He wanted to bestow all the bounties upon this creation... So He first gave wealth, then possessions, then love, then so many things till in the end there was only one thing left in the vessel from which He was picking things and bestowing upon man... that one thing was REST... Suddenly God realised what if He gave this last bounty to man too, He held back His hand thinking that dearth of REST alone would drive man to seek the blessings of God... if life were all about goodness, beauty, and truth...it would be all monotonous and all these virtues would be rendered insignificant... In order to know the real worth of a smile, we should learn to cry sometimes... That's how the Providence creates balance in this world... Let's learn to accept it the way it is...

  2. Rules are always meant to be broken, amended, and thus breed new regulations. Break the walls. Fuck the system.
